Returns policy

Not quite right? You can return most items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they’re unused and in their original packaging.

How to start a return

• Go to My Account → Orders and select the order.
• Choose the item(s) you’d like to return and the reason.
• We’ll arrange a pickup or provide a drop-off point.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, opened beauty and personal care items cannot be returned unless faulty.
