Shipping & delivery

Delivery times

Most orders arrive within 2–4 business days across the UAE. Orders placed before 2pm are typically dispatched the same day.

Delivery fees

Delivery is free on orders over AED 200. Orders below that are charged a flat AED 20 delivery fee, calculated at checkout.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you can track its status any time from My Account → Orders.

Coverage

We currently deliver across the UAE, with wider Gulf coverage expanding soon.
